I've only done one recipe so far but it was good. The broccoli recipe took out that 'veggie' taste I dislike. I'm looking forward to others. I have to buy some alternate foods but I can see it's much healthier this way. It will automatically lead to weight loss in the new year, if followed. I also have a 'health coach' from a workplace wellness program. It's what he has been encouraging me to use.
