    How childish of you to block me from buying from you again after I had agreed to revise my entirely honest and accurate feedback on my purchase. The difficulties I experienced, and which led to my negative feedback, were entirely your own fault, caused by your own inability to handle your own email account and the fact that you didn't even have the intelligence to put the documentation on your own website - an omission which you only corrected following my suggestion.
