Arrived with a huge chip on the glass now due to POOR wrapping. There were small slivers & chips of glass in the plastic & the cake plate was just sliding around loose in the box. Also the tape was loose & not even securely attached to the box. There's a really sharp edge now where it's chipped. SELLER OFFERED A RETURN but too much of a hassle to return this large item during xmas. Hoping the seller would just give me a discount. With the holidays, it's just too difficult to wrap, return & mail.

I wrap everything with care. I have no control of what post office does once it leaves me. I offered a refund with the return of the plate at my expense. Buyer declined to return it.
