I received my yeast very quickly in 3 days and started using it the same day.It works very fast and doesn't leave a bad taste in the final product like some of the other yeasts that I have tried.I wish they would put a resealable zipper and a scoop.Other than that I would recommend this product to anyone who uses dady yeast

This is without a doubt the best distillers yeast out there for the price and quantity. 30 minutes after pitching the yeast in my mash, it was already fermenting really strong. 12 hours later, it is bubbling vigorously.. this is just an oat and corn mash with no added sugars. It's been 48 hours since I've received this yeast and the mash is still bubbling strong, smells better than bakers yeast and other yeasts. Much faster and seems to produce a much stronger alcohol percentage before dying off or going into stasis.
