Having trouble hooking flue pipe to stove. It’s supposed to be a 6 inch flue but the stove outlet measures 6 11/32 OD with a 6” ID. Tried contacting customer support with no luck. Was trying to see if there is a adapter.

I've never had a coal stove, haven't saw one since I was a small boy. This stove is great! Easy to assemble and it's the right size...about 32 inches high. I have it on my deck now burning the new off of it...it will smell your house up if you start the first fire inside. I bought nut coal from local Tractor Supply and it works well...some a little small but works. Couldn't be more happy with purchased...plus saved about 200 dollars compared to other places. I paid 567.00 delivered to Alabama. Great heat...I use matchlight charcoal to start. Thanks!!!!

The exhaust flange is only 3/4 inch hardly enought to hold a black stove pipe in place and without a lot of screws is a major safety issue.

I’ve owned one for 4 winters now last year the lower bowl developed a crack in the back. The company says they don’t have spare parts for it. Too many air leaks cause the stove to run hot. I have made improvements on the stove but I feel there are better made stoves out there.
