Not that easy to set up. When I finally got the sizes to work it still sends out a blank label after the printed one so I have to turn off the printer to push the blank label back to the start other wise I will only get 250 labels out of my 500 label pack. If I don’t turn it off first it will print another label of the same and then kick out two blank labels. Very dissatisfied.

Oh my..........
I purchased a refurbished unit, but found that the print quality was not good when printing through UPS internet shipping. The addresses were very faint - everything else was fine. I contacted Rollo support - they were very responsive through emails - and they recommended I download a high res driver to help out. Well, there is no "print to scale" option when using the high res driver, so the labels come out sideways. They are now recommending I sign up for Ship Station because they can print labels through the rollo printers alot better than if you were just printing out directly from UPS. I may try a new unit once I return this, but I think I need to do more research on thermal printers.

Not as expected.
I purchased this product factory refurbished, and it won't print dark enough to actually be of use to me. When I purchase a refurbished product I am looking for the same quality as if I purchased it brand new, and I think this is where the mark was missed. I am very disappointing, and working to return this product, hopefully so I can purchase something similar, but from a different brand.

Everything is perfect except for 1 thing, the communication between my laptop and the printer could be better, the setup is very picky and can be challenging for most to get it just right without a hitch. Not as user friendly as they say.
