This book is a quick read that is definitely worthwhile for anyone currently in management or with plans to eventually move into management. It stresses the need to take responsibility for your actions and ask yourself productive questions, rather than getting caught in a "victim mentality." It gives some very usable tools and verbiage you can use to quit focusing on what others have/haven't done and start focusing on what you can actually control. It takes approximately 1 hour to read, and can easily be used for team meetings and discussions to focus new teams or re-focus tenured ones.
Positive way to look at your personal growth and development. It changed how I view personal growth.

I highly recommend this book to all. The book teaches accepting responsibility and eliminating blame. This book should be a requirement for anyone in the workforce. It's an easy read and full of common-sense ideas for accepting personal accountability. I especially liked the story of a waiter going out of his way to get his customer a diet-Coke when they only stocked Pepsi. Read it - you'll be a better person for it!
