      They advertise they do personalisation of the canvas paint but I did not ask that, I asked to send the painting without the frame which they did not refuse and after 6 days waiting they just cancelled the order without any correspondence with me. If they just told me from the start that they can't provide without the frame I would agree to it anyway, I just asked a favour if they can do. Shame on you, what kind of business company you are

      Never received this . Still Waiting after 10 days . Messaged the seller twice and no reply . Very rude and unprofessional. I have requested my money back but have not received a reply either ! I have also complained to eBay who will deal With it after 24th July !!!!!!!!
