      Great controller 👍

      VERY well built ! Solid feel, nice bright display, and easy to use settings. Versatile adaptation portability, due to " drop in " thermocouple ( temp. sensing probe ) ; plus the probe plugs and unplugs from back of unit, making for quick removal, to store from weather when not in use. I personally rate this controller 10 of 10.

      Great Replacement Controller for Masterbuilt 40 Smoker

      I got this controller to use on a Masterbuilt 40 whose electronic controls had failed. It's power throughput is quite strong enough for fhe MES 40. It maintained a temperature of 250° F with ease and could have gone higher I am sure but that would be baking and nor smoking
