The remote itself functions as if it came right out of the box the TV was shipped in. Voice controls work great, all the buttons work, and every button is labeled properly for the model of TV remote this controller replaced. Samsung remote
Remote was very easy to program. But what we did not know is that since it is a Bluetooth remote we could not use our other Samsung remote. So when we try to use the original Samsung remote with the TV we had connected by Bluetooth again to the TV and then that knocked out the new remote. 2019 Samsung TV remote is different
I appreciate the fact that the remote was sent fast & packaged well Thank you. Samsung's new type of remote is less desired with new tv's I preferred the old way the remotes were. Not liking the fact that only one remote can be used on the tv at a time. Always liked the fact that you could have at least two programed in case you were across the room & able to use another. This is exactly like the original remote supplied. Everything works as it is supposed to, except the printing on the remote is so faint you can’t see it. If you didn’t know where to press it, it would be difficult to use. The one pictured in the ad is not like the one shown in the listing. Only one smart remote at a time!
Item operates as designed. The shortcoming is not a remote issue. I had hoped to have two remotes paired to the same TV (49KS8000) so both the wife and I could operate it. Good overall and looks just like the original
