This will be our 3rd Presto electric skillet in 30 years. The other 2 each lasted many years with almost daily use. They're easy to operate, easy to clean, and durable. The temperature dial is easy to read and the skillet holds its temperature. Since this one looks and feels exactly like the other two, I have my fingers crossed that it will last just as long.

Even though it's just the two of us, I'm amazed how often I'm using this big skillet. It's wonderful when family comes for visit. Don't have to fret about not having pan large enough. The pan is more sallow than I anticipated and it would have been nice if they had added a hole for the steam to escape. (Personally, I believe a glass top is preferrable to an opaque top, but the price was very good on this one.)
