I love the stainless steel. The old one that I used for years was aluminum and this is much better.

The first time I cook with it, at medium temperature, the food was burn . Was a trouble to clean the bottom from the burnt. The cooker is smaller than the other 4 liters I had. This one is 4 litters ,but to the top and you only can fill to the middle , means 2 litters.

The pressure cookers (I bought 2 ) work well. I also have one that is 45 years old. Yes, it also still works. I know that the government requires it, but I like the one without all of the safety features. I like to live dangerously! I am sure that the new ones will last that long too.

Very useful and durable---a perfect means of cooking a quick meal and very healthy!

Very stylish with a bright mirror finish. Has a good "feel" opening and closing the lid. The regulator is single pressure and simple, no moving parts. Just sits on top. The handle has an indicator that snaps into place when properly closed. We chose the stainless steel model to replace an old aluminum pressure cooker that had gotten a little rounded on the bottom after long use. The thinner, stronger SS doesn't seem any heavier than the old aluminum cooker. Very happy with the SS choice.
