The package/box did come damaged and also looked like it was once opened and repackaged or sent back by prior purchaser but I opened it and it seemed like a sink itself was not damaged! The sink and the accessories seemed fine. The faucet head is a poor quality, and the hoses they give you do not seem to be that good. That is my only concern.
