The only down fall is in the anchors that attach the slider to the frame. I ended up breaking one of the anchor bolts trying to secure them to the rail, The anchors tighten prior to making a tight fit of the sliders to the frame. I ended up grinding the 4 groves in the one piece of the anchor deeper so that it would enable it to mushroom out further, after this modification the sliders to tightened to the frame.

Theres a spot on trails I ride that hammers the rock sliders and breaks the bolts. The one difference I did notice between these sliders and the $300 plus sliders is definitely on the welds where mounting hardware is. The welds are definitely rough there, will it affect the performance probably not. but may possibly scratch leg on them. Overall a great deal if you want a decent pair of sliders for a fraction of price
