I charge it on breaks - and at long intervals between calls - but still by the end of an 8 hour work day, and sometimes sooner I find myself hearing the low battery tone gently reminding me that it's dying. Assuming since it was bought used, this is as a result of the battery needing replaced. Call quality seems to leave something to be desired. Headset has a tendency to get a tin like sound feedback and sound like the caller is talking into an empty pop can. Sometimes turning it off and on again resets this. (Button on the headset) Using it with the Avaya phone system, as a Comcast employee in the Pacific Northwest.

Great product for the price. It worked, first of all. It didn't come with any extras like adapter or cords, but it is assumed you have those if you are replacing only the base and not the headset. I was especially happy to find this because Plantronics/Poly will no longer sell the replacement parts for these headsets.
