The item I received is only one third of the size of the original they advertise which is a total con. The picture quality was also very poor and it took what seemed like an eternity to arrive. The seller also has no customer service skills and doesn’t care when you try to get your point across. I have felt that throughout the process I communicated with you and offered a solution which I believed you would be happy with. You were always entitled for a full refund on return of the unwanted item.
