These speakers are phenomenal. I contacted the seller before buying to ask what their definition of “open box” was. They replied within a day saying that the only damage was to the box. Well the box showed up undamaged. The speakers are perfect. I even got a very friendly call to confirm my address.

Great price. Great item. Fast shipping. Seller should find a more reliable shipping system and start answering messages. USPS is not as good as they use to be. I really recommend UPS or FedEx. Charging a little for shipping wouldn't be as bad as having your needed item sit at a USPS Distribution Center for 4 days, when it's only 3 hrs. from your house.
