Paula does a great job making an exercise routine fun. If you do the routine 3 - 5 times a week, I'm a witness, you WILL see results. Toning WILL happen. I like how Paula encourages and celebrates when you learn each section of the routine. Like many people state, it may take a few times to learn some of the steps. That may be a challenge for some. But when I first learned it, I just rewound and tried it again. If you like dance, this WON'T seem like exercise. And like Paula said, I did incorporate my own style. I love it! I'm glad it's on DVD. I've had the VHS for about 8 yrs or so.
I LOVE this workout! It is so fun. My kids do it with me. The only reason I give it a 4 stars instead of 5 is it is extremely hard on the knees. I wish I could give it a 4 and a half lol

This video is a good start to a excersie routine,it starts of at a slow pace and works its way to fast cardio. you will have to learn the dance steps but for me this is a healthy and fun video.I figure by the time I have this routine down pat I will be ready for a more intense work out.I would recomend to friends.
