I bought a Panasonic KS-TG9331T years ago and I can't say enough good things about it but it only has 3 handsets. I bought this Panasonic KX-TG3634B because it has 4 handsets, but I'm sorry I spent the $70.00 dollars on it. The base unit and handsets don't have nearly as many features as my older unit. Also, the base unit and extra charging stations are poorly made; they feel cheap and flimsy. Panasonic has obviously sold out for profits at the expense of the high-quality products they used to be known for. It was this reputation, and my previous experience with a superior Panasonic cordless phone that led me to buy the current Panasonic cordless. Panasonic no longer deserves the stellar reputation they used to have. My advice? Do your homework, do the research, and read the reviews for the individual units before you buy. Awesome phones! I love the call block feature. It feels good to be able to stop some of those annoying telemarking calls! The volume can be adjusted while you are talking. Also your phone book can be set up in groups so you don’t have to scroll through so many numbers. We are part of a condo group and can put all those numbers in a separate group.
