My husband is gluten-free and so we've tried different brands of gluten-free baking mixes. Some of them are all rice flour and we don't like those. This "flour" can be used for anything from white sauce to meat or vegetable coating to bread. (We especially like it in banana and zucchini bread.) It is a blend of different seeds and nuts so there is more flavor. An excellent value for the taste.

When I can get to the local co-op that carries it in bulk, I buy all I can. Since I haven't been able to go for awhile, I'm delighted to buy it like this & have it delivered. I get 3 loaves out of this size package in my bread machine with extra eggs, molasses, olive oil, flax seed meal and soy flour. One week I add a cup of buckwheat flour; the next a cup of sorghum flour. It's best to add more xanthum gum when adding other flours, & hovering over it as it mixes to add a little more at a time helps. I need to order another bag!

Moist and delicious! So happy to have found this! You can make a great loaf in a bread oven for a fraction of what they chage for dry, crumbly terrible GF bread in the store! Fresh and warm! Yum!
