I love the raw vegetable string salads it produces. They take just the right amount of salad dressing. Much better than chopped and tossed. Spiralizer daikon good cooked together with one package of ramen less fattening than the two packages I’d otherwise stuff myself with. I bought the six bladed one, but maybe three blades is enough. All I am using is the one small cutter that makes vegetable “spaghetti.” Easy to use, foolproof. Not a hard to use kitchen gimmick. I make salad twice a day now and wish I’d discovered this years ago.

I used this product today. So far, I like it. Not too sure over time as everything is plastic. Be careful of the blades, they are very sharp.

The handle that you use to help push the vegetable/fruit up to the blade, broke the very first time I used it. My husband superglued it back on, but now it doesn't fold in like it before. That breaking was a huge disappointment and now I wish I had just waited and bought the attachments for my Kitchen Aid mixer instead. Bummed out.
