Average Sound Quality for a Sealed-Back Midrange Driver
For the price of this driver I wasn't expecting high fidelity performance, and it wasn't. This driver exhibits a broad response dip right in the frequency range where the fundamental tones of voices and instruments lie, ie the mid-midrange frequencies that are so critical to accurate response. This is not unusual for sealed back 5 inch midrange drivers that often exhibit a sunken or recessed sound quality.
