You're correct this order was shipped. Incorrectly twice feel rest assured you will receive a full refund. While the warehouse is generally very good filling truckloads of orders every day mistakes can happen. We'll of course work to minimize errors and apologize for any inconvenience. Don't care what they say sold me a bad pump not only that charged me 255 dollars and a brand new one from Ford themselves was only 183 so charged me more for junk then a factory oem one was..contacted them about it and refuse to get back to me to cover the junk they sold me so leaving my feedback and contacting eBay for a refund..I don't care what there feedback says I would not buy from this seller I had to take the trans back out and take the trans back apart becuz or there junk parts

Buyer complained about a not pressure situation on start up. I asked him to ship back pump to me to see if could be warrantied as it was out of ebays return policy. This was a brand new Ford pump. We try everything to keep our customers happy. I encourage him to ship back the pump.
