    A healthful and easy way to add fiber.

    This is the third time I've purchased this inulin. I've made it part of my fiber requirement each day. It's easy to use, healthful, and inexpensive. I have been educating myself about the human gut microbiome and fiber such as inulin feeds that microbiome, which then helps me stay healthy. For a few pennies a day, adding inulin is a no-brainer. It has no flavor of its own and I put a scoop of it in various drinks three times a day.

    Great wayvtonstsy regular. I love adding to my coffee every morning, it will give you had until you get use to it , may be cramp or two, start out with a sms amount work your way up.it worth it.prebiotic heaven, if you take probiotics they need food.it really helps keep my blood sugar down.good stuff, it my second order.

    Pleasant tasting and easy to drink

    Inulin is a soluble fiber with a sweet taste, and it is called a "prebiotic. I was looking only for organic products and this brand seems pure. It is sticky when wet and a bit hard to handle because of that, but it easily cleans up with water. The only problem with inulin can be bloating and gas so starting gradually with the dose might help.
