Great taste and so easy to use in simple recipes. For example: use your food processor and grind these fine. Boil some water and add about one tablespoon of cocoa nibs to 1/4 cup of boiling water. Chill this. Then blend in about one cup of unsweetened, organic, vanilla flavored coconut milk with 5 generous squeezes of organic (liquid) stevia. Blend for at least a full minute. Put this in the fridge for at least an hour. The result is an amazing, organic, vegan cocoa smoothy with a frothy top layer that is like cream-mousse.
