Nice to see they're offering vegan capsules now too. Re the effectiveness of this herb, I'm not sure if it's because it's winter or if its because of the Astragalus.. but my night sweats have eased A LOT. I find it hard to tell whether or not herbs are effective, but I'd rather use a natural Chinese Traditional Medicine any day over some synthetic, lab-produced concoction ...
