I cannot connect to computer, and cannot replace the old SONY yet. I can talk to the TV and user interface is quite clear and easy to use until "unknown" source had to be recognized. I may have to bring a technician at $85.00 per hour to make it work, perhaps. Will you cover some of these costs? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE
