This cuff works well and appears to be quite accurate when placed on the wrist correctly. The handy carrying case makes it very compact and I sometimes carry it in my pocket when I take long walks to check pressure while on the trail. However I also have a BP652 which I like better....it also appears to be very accurate, but for me at least, it is easier to put on. I generally use it more often when at home than the BP654. On both devices, the blue indicator light helps in making sure arm position is maintained correctly while making a measurement. I have checked both devices at my doctor's office and get good agreement with the arm cuff he uses.

This is an extremely nice wrist BP monitor, works flawlessly and it is dead silent. Hear is the Caveat: Bluetooth Pairing just does not work on the PC, Multiple Phones [Brands] or Multiple Tablets [Brands]. This is well documented on the internet and the Omron Apps are not help. So, if you are looking for a BP monitor that actually pairs with Bluetooth, you will have to look elsewhere. The two other Omron BP monitors that I have that hook-up via USB cable to the PC work flawlessly.

Wrist measuring is trickier. Do a lot of tests and figure out how to get steady readings, or reasonably so, as BP is NOT stable unless you're dead. The device is fine, the bluetooth is as usual hard to pair and not suffer interference, but in the end it works. the smart phone app is fine too. And the web it uploads to is acceptable too. The hardware is great, but the software is all just a little short of excellent. And for ALL this technology, why would they bother making this, and an identical Series 10 unit that costs a few dollars more and only differs in having the ability to work with two users? I ended up returning my 7 and getting the 10, because, surprise, humans generally come in couples. In that sense the Series 7 is not good value. But if you're single, or couldn't care less about your mate, this is fine. Read full review

I haven't set up the pairing of the app and all the features of it yet but I'm getting around to it, I use it daily actually several times a day where as before I was skipping out on taking my requested bp logs for the doc and just cause I'd go to do it but then get pulled away for my kids or something would happen and I would get sidetracked and forget to take it... now it's so easy I can keep it on the coffee table in its little case the kids don't mess with it, and I remember and when I'm not feeling well it's easy to slip on or my husband to skip it on me. Has been a big help and if I'm going to spend money on coffees and takeout or shopping for anything non essential really than I think it's worth getting a updated and name brand product vs a generic, when it comes to taking your vitals if you're a sick person and need to monitor your blood pressure and heart rateRead full review
