I received 12 new oil filters as described. Based on the condition of the boxes, the filters appear to be cast offs from retailers that can no longer sell them owing to the retail packaging appearance. One had been wet. The filter itself was fine, with only a small spot of rust in a place that will have no impact on its function. This is still a great value no matter how you look at it. Even if I had to throw one or two away, it would still be a good deal. Of the 12, all were in good, new, usable condition.I received 12 new oil filters as described.
