When is a belt not a belt! When it fails to hold your pants up. When its watered down. When it is just a love tap. When it doesn't cross Long Island. When it doesn't fit anymore. My lawn mower is working after nearly bringing my garage down on my head. The belts are doing all that can be expected. It would help the consumer to indicate which is the primary and which the secondary. The manual has nothing to say on the matter and the belts are so similar in size.
