This adapter creates vignetting with one lens (On a Sony full frame A7 series camera) and another lens is so loose it doesn't lock and can fall off the adapter (could be poor nikon mount but it doesn't fall off the nikon camera i use with it. Theres no way of knowing what f-stop your at which isn't a huge deal with a little experimentation, but the f-stop adjustment ring has such a short “throw” its almost all open or all closed. Its a sturdily built mount, good quality but for my experiences just trying out a couple of lenses i wouldnt recommend it, in fact as it sits I have no use for it with the vignetting and looseness of the nikon mount. I wouldn't trust this with a lens on it or for use with Any full frame camera.

Ability to attach Nilon F to Sony E mount. Unable to control Apeture from camera. Aperture is controlled from ring label by Open to Close positions so you have no idea what F-Stop you are on. So over all it turns your lens into a manual only lens which is great for video work but you lose the electronic lens stabilizer if your camera doesn't have IBIS.

Works in manual mode but that's easy with a mirrorless.

basic but that is both good and bad... it is what I expected and works fine.
