The seller included instructions on how to change the region from Japan which allows me to play North American games on it, and in English. Only downside is that it wasn't cleaned before shipping so it was covered in cigarette smoke residue which wasn't great, but isopropyl alcohol wipes took it right off. Overall great experience, good price, fast shipping (much faster than expected), and I am overall satisfied with the experience.

Fortunately seller was very understanding and we resolved that issue with no problem. After battery replacement product worked perfectly, 3DS has some scratches on the shell, but the screens are in mint condition and everything works well mechanically. Very good seller would recommend!

The psp which I ordered came in a normal condition, the box was just a bit messy other than that the quality was just like in the images, and the value is okay as well. The appearance was also okay just like in the image. Overall nothing bad.
