    The controls are too low, and why only one filter?

    Not everyone is going to mount it to a wall or have it stacked on top of another appliance. I have mine on the floor, so I have to get on my knees to see the knobs and drying options. The controls should be at the top. Or give the customer two options, same machine with two control knob options, one with the controls at the top and another with the controls at the bottom. Also, it came with one lint filter, that after just 3 weeks of use needs to be replaced. Trying to find them online. Their really thin and flimsy feels like velcro almost. But all and all , I love my dryer. I hope it last a very long time. That's my concern, longevity. I have appliances and electronics I purchased in the 90's that still work, like new almost.     Poorly Shipped

    Poorly handled during shipping it came with the drive belt off of drum and would not rotate drum of dryer! Had to have it fix right out of the box. Right now it appears to be working and has dried clothes as it should. The product can't handle brutal shipping methods and needs handle-with-care to survive the the shipping process!!

    Bad out of the box.

    I bought this dryer to replace another magic chef dryer that had stopped working after 5 months. Eager to get my laundry done, this unit was bad out of the box. Drum wobbles, fan makes a awful and loud grinding noise, and the exhaust smells like burning plastic. These units are poorly/cheaply made and have just been a headache for me.
