The three commercial bowls all fit the Pro Line 7-qt mixer as well as the Professional 600 series. I now have the 5-, 7-, and 8-qt bowls, plus the 3-qt combi and have listed the 7-qt polished bowl for sale here on eBay along with the pouring shield which I never use. The Pro Line mixer is exactly the same as the Commercial mixer -- same heavy-duty motor and gears -- it just isn't NSF-rated or warranteed for commercial use (I'm using it in my home kitchen, so no worries about that at all). But the price difference is significant. (Beware, not all 7-qt mixers are the Pro-Line series.) The nice thing about the commercial bowls is the J-handle that allows the bowls to nest in order to conserve storage space. The only downside is the bowls do not have a rolled rim. The top edge is flared and will not accept the bowl covers commonly sold to fit KitchenAid mixer bowls. Not to worry, I have a set of Misen silicone covers that work perfectly with these bowls.Read full review

As a rebuild they might have missed a couple things wrong with it. In my case orbital gear makes this wobbling howl when under load. Was there an inner planetary gear that was left un-replaced? Or perhaps they forgot to lube it. Regardless, I am happy with device. I paid $175 for Professional HD 7 years ago as a rebuild, so $500 wasn't too bad for their top model.
