However, one (of 4) small mounting screw holes for the fan cover portion does not line up with my specific model. It is the center hole on the fan unit for the thin cover that covers the blades. All other mounting holes for the cover and for the main fan unit line up and mount perfectly. The missing small screw on the cover does not cause a problem.
