Nice, thick and sturdy. Works great for drying tomato leather to grind into powder. Wish they made them in the square size to fit the Excalibur dehydrator but there is something to say about not having to push the fruit/veggie blend into the corners. Round trays do make it easier to get an even leather. A great buy and product overall.
