If you're looking at the RCA Cambio (2018), you probably know exactly what you want. - Very affordable while providing a Surface Pro like experience - About the same hardware specs you would expect from this price point, newest/last Atom X5 processor, modest 2GB of RAM, 32GB of slow eMMC, plus Windows 10 Home 32 bit (rarely do the Atoms come with 64 bit). Overall, does well for browsing, emails, etc. - Cool, fun 2 in 1 form factor, a la Surface line. - Great battery life as are most Atom devices. - Can easily do a Windows reinstallation since RCA does have drivers hosted on their website. Overall, the pros are great if your expectations are kept in check in consideration of the price. Being one of the lowest priced with a brand name (not that much of a brand name for computers but at least there is web support), if you complain it's not fast enough or premium enough, the problem is probably not the device but in front of the screen and keyboard (i.e. you). Some things of note regarding what you get at this price though: - most of the design is quite satisfactory. You get a standard screen with bezel and plastic detachable keyboard, one position kickstand. The design of the back however... isn't quite that satisfactory. It looks plain cheap and devoid of any thoughts on design (almost like a child's toy). But as stated, this is cheap to begin with so you can't really fake anyone that you bought the Surface Pro/Surface 3. I did try to improve the back design by applying a silver pattern carbon fiber vinyl sticker though I also covered the camera since I don't use it and am not sure about how secure this device would be; also placed a sticker where the very bright power LED is). It feels better in hand I think. - it's plastic all over and quite creaky. I use it at night next to sleeping things and it creaks for everything. - proprietary charger isn't the best option but then most laptops out there does this. And RCA actually did include a microUSB port for emergencies (they recommend you charge it while it's off). All in all, if you consider the price, what you get is fantastic. It's not the most beautiful or fastest, nor is it packed with features. But it does the job and then some for such a low cost device. I have Photoshop and Illustrator if I ever need to use it on the road. I can throw it in the trunk and not worry about it. And for most of the time, I'm using remote desktop to do work and this thing is more than sufficient for that. Excellent value. Get one! Cheapos unite!Read full review

This is a great little computer that handy being so small and compact but the screen size is not affecting reading/using it for multiple purposes and worth it very much.

In total tables is good enough for it's price, screen is not very bright, but still not so bad as cheap old tablets. Could be better if it'll be possible to upgrade RAM, 2GB is not enough for some tasks. Additional keyboard is a big bonus, so you can use tablet as a laptop (imho, but I'd prefer physical keyboard then tap to screen in most situations). The one more thing I'd want to have is wwan module.

I needed a tablet to control my guitar amp with. I didn't want to go full-boat because that's about all I'd use it for. After checking the specs and reading a bunch of conflicting reviews, for the price I decided to give it a shot. I was impressed right away when it arrived. It fired right up, walked me through getting set up and off we went. The screen is great, finish is nice. I added a 128GB micro sd card and between that and my Onedrive everything I could need is available to me. Everything runs smooth, battery lasts (I haven't tried watching movies or anything yet) and the kickstand is awesome though it feels like you want to be careful with it. Besides the light weight kickstand the only "flaw" for me is that the keyboard disconnects a little easier than I would like. The price I found it for was $90.00 and that's a big reason for choosing it, but I'd be willing to pay more if I had to replace it! It's an inexpensive tablet. But a very good inexpensive tablet.Read full review
