First time user of a rolling machine, Should have bought one years ago. Set up takes about a min and with good quality tobacco and tubes I roll a pack of 20 in under 5 mins at a cost of $0.72 per pack Save about $7.00 a pack Very hard to jam this machine easy to use clean and store A larger hopper would be a nice feature If you're thinking of rolling your own get one of these and save time and money. Machine paid for itself with the first carton Very Satisfied

This is the Older version of the Powermatic that has a much better motor system although not as quiet as the newer model, the new model i found very deficient and one that quit operating within 6 weeks of purchase...Powermatic did fix and return that unit to me only to have it quit working again within a week...I purchased this one hoping it was the older model to get me through the process of shipping the new unit back and forth to California. While the units were efficient and cost effective in the older model, the warranty process is of a Poor design for a company that cares about its reputation...When purchased new at a retailer and the unit dies within the warranty period the unit should be immediately replaced by that retailer and the retailer and the manufacturer should deal with the deficient product. To make money on a product and then when it fails to leave all the work and downtime to the end used who paid what was asked is unconscionable in both a retailer and a manufacturer/importer. My observation through all this is as follows: What is the incentive for the manufacturer to provide quality products if they have little investment once their product leaves the warehouse other than to repair the very few that people are willing to spend the shipping amount on to claim the warranty... If the bottom line is far more important than the customers who Provide that bottom line are then continue the slippery slope policies of your warranty process, You will not last and another will fill your shoes..Ive seen it before, and far more than just once...Read full review

This is the first time I've rolled cigarettes. This machine makes it really easy. I've jammed it a couple of times, because I pushed the tobacco down too much. I've used the machine 3 times now, and am getting much better with packing the tobacco, no jams this time. I would recommend this product to others. Great quality, great price!

This is my second Powermatic 2. My first unit lasted 3 years, would have lasted longer but i beat the hell out of it over stuffing it, forcing the handle down instead of using the tool to clear the jam. Had I treated it right could have gone another 3 its just that well made. In fact I still have the original model before the 2 which I treated right and it still works great and used it until this one arrived. Easy to use just stuff a little extra at the ends and you great stick.

I bought this one as a back-up. I've been using my first one for over 3 years (at 1-1./2 packs per day, do the math). The old one still works fine, but has gotten tired over the years (like all of us), still makes a good 100mm cig, but the new one packs better and jams less, so I guess the old one was wearing out--still good as a back-up. I've used several machines, and this is by far the best. I live in California, so the savings on the first carton pays for the machine, and provides a better smoke. I also bought an accessory for this machine, an extended hopper. There's a guy on ebay making them on a 3D printer for $25. It's a great enhancement for a great machine.
