Item did not work. Description was inaccurate. Did not fit machine it was intended. Seller argued with me about purchase. Prior to purchase, seller offered a $10 discount for item which he did not honor. Did not respond to communications over offer. Seller had ebay step in to help. Ebay made decision in my favor. Here is the correspondence I received from ebay Sept 9 2023 4:54pm: Hi Nathan, We have reviewed this case and decided in your favor. This was copy/pasted from that email.

Buyer ordered the WRONG pinch roller for his MX5050 machine. We offered to exchange it for the correct pinch roller, but he refused. Ebay made the decision in our favor for the buyer to pay for shipping the pinch roller back to us. So, buyer is anger and is creating a false negative review.
