I like this case as you can easily recharge your S4 later in the day as your battery runs down. It's just a switch on the back of the case and then your phone get's charged. The case is also good in protecting your phone. I had to re-order this case as the charging component of this case started to go bad after about a year in use. There is a better deal for this case on Groupon right now.

For a brand new Samsung S4 that is 2 weeks old, this mophie when switched on at the phones request (around 15% battery power left), the mophie can not bring the phone up to 60% battery after trying it at least 10 times now. I was expecting that it would bring it up to 100% as other reviews had indicated that it would. I just carry a spare charger now and hope that I am near a power source.

This will not protect your phone. Mine fell flat on it's face and destroyed the display... yet, the phone's computer wasn't damaged. I was still able to wipe it clean via computer connection. It does charge the phone fast, so that's a good thing. I wouldn't bother with this product every again. 2 stars because it charges well enough.
