I used this yesterday playing golf and this device should be in every golfers bag. I have been using GPS enabled apps on my phone and got use to estimating distances which has worked out pretty good so far. A couple of my golf buddies have Leupold Rangefinders and I decided to get one of my own. I decided on this and knowing the exact distances to the flag has taken my game to a new level. Club distance and knowledge has improved. The added bonus of having the slope indicator for the distance really helps with knowing what club to pull out. The only drawback to this device is the color of the display within the rangefinder. The information is shown in black. My buddy has a Leopold 1i where the display is shown in red. That makes it a lot easier to read. This is really compact so you can carry it with you to the spot and put it in your pocket when you are ready to hit. The only thing that I'm wondering is when to change the elevation and the temperature and how it affects the distances. I'll continue to test it when I get out on the course.Read full review

Very easy to use, accurate, the only issue i have had is sometimes it has a hard time rangeing if there are a lot of targets in its path. Once I figured that out I just looked for a range marker near where I was standing to figure which distance it was trying to display.

The eye piece could have a bit more rubber cone and a "little larger like the Bushnell" products...good features easy to use and good info delivered

IT does all the things of newer, more expensive finders, It does have table locking on to a flag unless you are above it and it has a bright reflector, But if you have a general idea of distance, it is easy to differentiate between background and flag. Cant beat the price

Optics are excellent and measurements precise. Multi-functions are almost more than a golfer can use practically, such that it is difficult to access them without instructions. A weather-resistant instruction card is provided in the carrying case. Picking up the flag is a bit difficult. Requires a stable base to maintain contact with flag. Those looking for a less complex rangefinder without slope effects should consider the less technologically advanced version, which is significantly cheaper. Overall, a very good rangefinder for the money.
