Perfect match but be aware!
The product is a perfect match for the old (cracked) one that was the original on my Dell Inspiron 5547. One IMPORTANT thing to note. This may seem like a "well duh....." comment but just so you're aware ahead of time, mine did NOT come with the protective plastic (or celluloid or whatever) insulation layer that lies between the motherboard and the metal sheet that is part of the palm rest assembly. I had to add this protective layer using clear packing tape. Of course you can use whatever insulation material you have available, just don't neglect to do it! You may fry your motherboard! Also, when I applied the packing tape to insulate the motherboard from the metal sheet, I didn't get it quite far enough out to insulate the bottom of the motherboard battery edge connector. When I reassembled the computer, the computer could not recognize the battery because some of the connector pins were shorting out through the metal sheet. I had to take the computer back apart and add more tape below the battery connector. I gave the product only three stars because I think the manufacturer of this replacement part should be installing the insulating layer.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
