This is a great plane for both beginners and intermediate flyers. If your a beginner make sure you have open field because this plane makes gentle , wide turns. Intermediate flyers, take it on and gain confidence in your flying technique. Really a fun fly. Auto land , really not necessary, but it's fun to watch!

I, have been flying rc air plans over 50 yrs, my first was in 1954, I have flown most all the planes that is out there, giant scale planes, to fun fly planes, this champ, on my first time to fly it, the GPS did not work,I am glad i can fly a rc plane, or it would be in the trash can,it would not fly its self as shown, I did put a camera on it for fpv, well, if I, can get the plane to calibrat, and calibrat the compass,it would be a good plane for a new flyer,if it works, ,

Unlike the guy who's been "flying for 50 years" but has the spelling and grammar of a 3rd grader... I found it enjoyable and easy to fly! I only used the Auto Land once, with a bad crosswind. It did flip before it stopped, but the Auto Land brought the aircraft towards the takeoff point, and leveled off for a smooth landing. The crosswind ended up flipping it, when it was almost stopped, and nothing could have controlled it at that point.... I flew the real thing. Let me tell you, it does NOT prepare you for R/C flight! But this little plane had pretty good handling, controls were crisp, and the automatic controls really help keep a novice out of trouble. The only downside is(and it's just my preference), is I wish it had more power. ...... ask any pilot, and they would tell you the same! No biggie. I'll just find a more powerful motor that will fit, with a slightly more aggressive prop, and teach myself some aerobatics! I'm so impressed with the aircraft and its value, that I'm getting another one for my granddaughter. Read full review

Had hard time finding manual, that was attached to the bottom of Styrofoam packaging. Used quick guide first, but it misses important info so, we went looking for the manual and finally found it in the most unusual place.

Ive been flying r c for over 10 years. I bought one for the youth group at my church, trying to get the kid's interested in the hobby. I took it out in 4 mph wind and flew it manually. It flew fine. Took off with second battery and tried the auto land...it corkscrewed into the ground. Called HH they sent a new gps module. Installed it and took it out again. This time as before manual flight was fine. As soon as i hit the auto land button it took off into the Horizon no control. No perimeter fence just kept going. Waste of 190.00.
