This is a great printer for a small business POS. I use it in my business and love it. I especially like being able to add my logo to the receipt and being able to print random coupons, that I create, on the receipt is a nice touch.

Is a simple printer but do the his job. A litle bit slow (but not for notmal ticketing) The priner quality is adecuate for tickets a 2d code bar as used in ticketing operations in my country. And it is possible to buy a used printer in the range off a cheap chinese termal printer and is much better in constructing materials. I have both and in a couple of years im going to see if I made the correct decision (buy almost all the working printers tm-t20)
