As stated this IC lock core only came with two operator keys, therefore the price reflects a bargain as you need to be able to obtain a control key or make one yourself. I only knew it was a type D key once it arrived. I have 24 D blanks and will service this lock and decode the control and master keys. This brings the total cost up one dollar for me, so it is still about $10 cheaper than an IC core equipped with operator, master and control keys. It is even more cost effective than an uncombinated IC core as I usually see those go for about $10 more as well. So, I got a great deal on this core and as far as I can tell it is in new condition and it works flawlessly. I'd buy more at this price in the future. It was a great purchase in my opinion.
