    Snap-On RKRA38ALS ratchet repair kit

    A great 20 tooth ratchet replacement parts for your worn old Snap-On ratchet. The parts fit well, though the new replacement spring in this new pack is much heavier and somewhat longer than what Snap-On used back in the day. It does make the ratcheting action tighter with its higher back drag. This can be corrected by shortening the new spring alittle, between 2 to 3 coils does the trick. Besides that your old classic Snap-On ratchet will brethe life once again.👍

    Genuine Snap On

    It is Genuine Snap On...I used it to repair my torque wrench. It did not say that model, however, there is the head of the torque wrench and not a war head. So I went to work sourced and found the same exact mechanical parts, and it was a slam dunk. Snap On said they do not make it anymore? Well OK, I did not stop there.

    Cheaper than a new ratchet and made in USA

    Nice kit to get my spark plug wrench working again. It took a big vice to press and lock the back plate. I appreciated that the spring and ball bearing (2 pieces) in the old unit were replaced with a bullet bearing attached to the spring (one piece) which makes installation much easier.
