    It works perfectly but has some pretty heavy cosmetic damage. The description says that the unit you receive is not the same as the one in pictures but will be in comparable condition. The unit I got looks like it was previously used outside. The plastic was yellow on one side and when I took it apart to clean, there was a lot of dirt and dead spiders inside.

    The satellites are all in excellent condition. They were clean and free from any defects or wear; the quality is great. The appearance of them is so good that they look brand new. They set up on my network instantly without any issues at all. The price for these items is an excellent value. I am quite pleased with this purchase.

    The Netgear Orbi satellite was easy to install and has been functioning well so far. My only complaint is that the advertised "ready to go" was not entirely true. After my initial installation, I noticed that the satellite firmware was very dated which could have created a security issue (version 4). So, I manually updated the firmware to the latest version (version 7). Otherwise, the shipping was timely, and the satellite condition was as advertised.

    Not exactly, v4.6 is actually directly before v7.2. More than half of the routers compatible with this satellite model like the NBR750 are currently still on v4.6 and they can't connect to satellites if they're running a higher firmware than the router. The satellites will only update to 7.2 when used in a RBR750 or RBR850 based system since those are the only ones updated so far.

    VERY good router!

    VERY good router and satellite. Pricey but perceptibly faster than the 752. If you want the fastest router you can own, this is it. Still not a fan of Netgear Armor primarily due to the apparent lack of coordination between Netgear and Bitdefender. TWICE I have had an issue, contacted Netgear, was told to contact Bitdefender, who sent me back to Netgear. Not ready for prime time. Just leave Armor inactive and use an antivirus on the necessary devices.

    This is the perfect addition to your RBS850 Router.

    This item is no longer available from Netgear and I needed another satellite unit to attach to my current RBS850. I plugged it in, went through the phone app to set up a new satellite and it came right up. It is about 70 ft from my router and it is working perfect, just as I was hoping.

    Easy to integrate, high quality product.

    This satellite is functionally equivalent to the satellites I already have. It was carefully packaged, in a good visual state, and it integrated smoothly with my existing system. I'd happily buy another if the need arises.

    Excellent transfer speed

    Excellent speed transfer to satellite and devices. Don't have large house so can't speak to range, but suspect quite good. Easy set up with help of Netgear tech assistant
