Comes in the original box. The Printer will probably need a replacement of ink since mines is dried out, but everything else seems to work so far. Looks brand new and despite it's size, it works exactly like any other regular printer. Yes it is a true all in one. Once you get past the initial setup, it's easy to use form there. Extremely cheap and 6 months of free ink is a plus.

The Representative Mr. Lyndel was very patient in working with me to set it up. My old printer Cannon used a USB cord, this copier does not need that.
