I bought the refurbished Navage ($ right) basically if I ever needed parts for the Navage I bought a month ago.I had sinus infection off & on for about 3 months. I did the antibiotics, steroid & nasal spray. Worked until the meds ran out, the sinus infection came back. First few days I used the Navage 3-4 times a day sinuses cleared up. I use the Navage 1-2 times a day. I breathe/sleep better! 👍New or refurbished Navage👍

The unit was "refurbished" which can mean it didn't work & Mfg. fixed it, or maybe the buyer discovered you have to buy the saline pods for the product to work. Kind of like Ink cartridges for your printer. You can buy the pods, or you can buy silcone dummy pods, and use the much less expensive saline granuals and tap water. As for the effectiveness of the unit... time will tell. My nasal breathing does improve after use, I it does help clear the sinuses.

Navage Refurbished bundle
This product is a great concept if you can get the hang of it. For me, it was difficult to get the nose pillows in at the correct angle to create suction. After a few tries the first time, finally got it to work without swallowing the salt water. Then, after that, my ears were getting plugged up. Contacted the factory and they were very helpful and sent me some smaller sized nose pillows at no cost. Tried the Navage with those smaller ones and there was no suction at all so went back to the original sized nose pillows. I am still having trouble getting it to work properly every time, but persevering because the few times that it worked, it did help with the sinuses and definitely could see a difference. For the price and quality of this refurbished product, good value. Looked brand-new. ... This product is a great concept if you can get the hang of it. It works for me!
I really didn't know what to expect knowing it was refurbished, but it looks like brand new. All the parts were there and everything was as the ad said it would be. It took me a while to read and understand the directions but once I set it up and tried it, it was ok. I had to figure out the correct angle to hold it to my nose. The first time it worked but I must have moved my head the wrong way and water game out my mouth instead of it getting sucked through my other nostril. Once I corrected the position everything was fine. I have a problem with nasal congestion and mucus. I have to use nasal spray before bed every night. After using the Navage the very first time, I woke up in the morning from the best sleep I've had in years, I was able to breathe clearly and didn't have to spend ... it is not better than i expected i have heard about this product for awhile and the reviews were mostly good and i am very happy with it, i have had sinus problems most of my life with a plugged up nose and headaches constantly. after going thru the learning curve on how to use it my nose is clear. I use it at night before i go to bed and nose is clear and no headache in the morning. I had one problem i used it twice a day morning and night and after a week I got a sore throat probably caused by the salt, took it down to once and problem solved. One huge complaint
When you purchase this item it works well, stopped my snoring and I can smell everything now. My only complaint is that you have absolutely no option and have to use only the Navage salt pods with this machine. I haven't found the salt pods in any store (only on line) and the machine is impossible to operate without the Navage salt pods. So even if I merely wanted to run water through the machine it won't allow you to do that. Now I am stuck buying their salt pods for the rest of my life.
