It works and it's cheap
If you just need an inexpensive Coffee maker it's fine. It has a couple of things that standout as issues. The hot Water dispenser has a lip built into the base. So be careful when you get Hot Water. The Cup might tip over. The Lid doesn't stay on the Carafe. It falls off when you pour. Granted you can keep this from happening by holding it on. Its very slow to Brew a Pot of Coffee. It takes about 20 Minutes to make 12 Cups. However I replaced my old machine because it kept swinging open and splashing Hot Water. And the the Carafe was hard to remove because it sat in a little pocket. You had to tip and pull. It spilled a lot. This has the Basket located on top so it can't swing out. And the Pot doesn't stick so there is a lot less spilling. Less mess to clean up. It also makes plain Hot Water in just a couple of Minutes. Not as fast as the Microwave but it's an option. It's a basic bottom of the line machine that looks OK on your Counter top and saves a little space for other things.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Great Coffeemaker with One Major Flaw
I really love the Coffeemaker except for one thing which is most likely an engineering defect. When I try to reactivate it after the 2-hour automatic shutoff it turns on for anywhere from 2-3 minutes then turns off. I have to reactivate it a second time to get it to stay on for an additional 2 hours. Other than that it's excellent!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Love it but needs two improvements.
First off I want to say we love this product and would buy another one. The only drawbacks are that you cannot hit the power button to warm up the whole pot.
